Welcome to Nordic MUN!
The first Nordic MUN (Model United Nations Climate Change Conference) was held in Kalmar, Sweden in March 2011 and thanks to the enthusiasm and hard work of UNA Sweden and all the partners and participants, proved to be a huge success.
The next Climate Change Conference, Nordic MUN 2012, will be held in Nurmijärvi, Finland on the 23rd-26th of April, 2012, with UNA Finland as the conference host. More information will be updated in the blog below as it becomes available.

Nordic MUN is a collaboration between the UNA:s in Sweden, Finland and Norway.
- Passed GA resolutions addedThe two resolutions from Committee 1 that were the only ones that passed in the GA plenary have now been uploaded on the website under "GA resolutions".
- Pictures from Nordic MUN 2012Some pictures from Nordic MUN 2012 are now up on the Diplomat 2012 page!
- After Nordic MUN 2012Once more, we would like to give a warm thanks to all participants of Nordic MUN 2012 for making the conference such a success! We wish you all a great spring and summer and hope that you keep up the good work with saving our planet also in the future.
P.S. We have now uploaded the four issues of The Diplomat on the website so you can re-live some of the most interesting events of the conference. :)
- List of items to bring added to the FAQThe list includes various things that will be useful to have on hand during the conference. However, we don't claim that it's exhaustive so please do bring also any other items you consider essential.
- GA draft resolutions added!We have now added all GA draft resolutions submitted by the deadline of 10.4.2012 on the website under "GA Draft Resolutions".
Please take time 1) to check that your resolution, if submitted on time, is on the website, and 2) to at least skim through all the draft resolutions of your committee. This will make the lobbying on Monday evening 23.4. much faster and more efficient!
We will post any late resolutions on the website as they come in, but marked as late. Please note that your fellow participants might not have the time to go through the resolutions that arrive late.
